Let me clarify for those who may be confused as to what I am revealing in this video. I will focus on the local/ municipal level here, but this also applies to your States. There is a Constitutional Side and a corporate side to all of your governmental entities. The legitimate governing bodies still exist in the background but they have been “veiled” by a corporate entity.
For this example I will use a fictitious village name, “The village of Mayberry”. The original village was established in 1880. As a result the land mass of the village was placed in Trust, Between the State, The village and the people of that village. But in 1960 “The village of Mayberry” was Incorporated under “Mayberry Village”. In the eyes of the law these are TWO DIFFERENT legal entities. “The village of Mayberry” gave power to “Mayberry Village” through incorporation in order to manage the “Trust” on its behalf. Binding now 3 different entities- “the village of Mayberry”/ “Mayberry Village”/ The State….. the People EXCLUDED!! now do you understand WHY “the people” are not being served?? Only the financial interests for the Corporate Fiction side of our government.
What you will probably find if you take the time to look up your own towns/ villages/Cities, is that real estate investors, attorneys, corporate groups ect….. own the “mother corporations that ESTABLISHED and OWN your incorporated versions of your towns! They’re using the taxing/ governing power of the original legitimate villages/ towns ect. as a method to run that tax revenue through their corporate fictions as a “pass through tax”, in order to scape goat their tax liability and stay behind a veil, but at the same time all of the “constituents of that village/ town are converted into “ Employees/ Investors”. FOIA requests for the public records of any businesses found will reveal more. So to clarify my example above-
“The Village of Mayberry” operates through a business called “Mayberry Village”. Mayberry Village was incorporated and owned by “ DANIEL E. SMITH AND SONS, LP” AND “ VILLAGE MAINTENANCE, GP, LLC”. Check your tax records… in this case “who” is receiving tax revenue, “The village of Mayberry” OR “MAYBERRY VILLAGE”. It’s all hidden in plain sight with word games.
This is what I’ve found so far… I encourage you folks to start digging too. It’s one thing to proclaim that our government’s are corporations… it’s another thing to PROVE it. 😉❤️ Corporations have no power to tax or to govern or to make decisions for the people whom STILL hold Trust with the original governing Body as BENEFICIARIES!
RICO/ Tax evasion/ Fraud/ Tyranny/ Securities fraud… just to name a few! This was a banking coup that began 70 years and eventually took over every element of government via a “Double sided” system. They achieved this through FUNDING! It’s always been accomplished via funding and binding contracts. It CAN be reveled and the fraud torn off.
